Coach & Manager Registration

Thank you for volunteering to coach or manage a team this year.

You will need to agree to the MWFA Code of Conduct Declaration for Team Officials in order to complete your registration as a team official.

All coaches and managers need to be registered and will need to wear their registration cards during games. In order to obtain an ID Card you need to:

All Junior Teams have to meet the following rules around player numbers being registered for their teams.  If your team is going to have greater numbers please note that the team won’t be approved by the MWFA without THIS DECLARATION FORM being signed by ALL parents.

Coaches and Managers of junior and sub-junior teams are often seen as role models. They have significant influence on the children they come into contact with and therefore have significant responsibilities.

All managers and coaches of junior teams (who are over 18 years of age) will have to complete a Working with Children Check.
No manager or coaches registrations will be approved by the club in myfootballclub.com.au until the WWC number has been provided and verified. Teams will not be allowed to take part in the winter competition without a coach and manager fully registered by the start of the season.
