The current version of the FKFC constitution includes constitutional changes that were adopted at the 2016 AGM.
The local area governing body for amateur football competitions in the Manly, Warringah, Mosman and Pittwater districts is the Manly Warringah Football Association (MWFA) who co-ordinates the activities of all Football Clubs and football sections of general sporting clubs granted under the the charter of Football NSW Ltd. The MWFA allocates the grounds for all competition matches and controls the judicial process.
The national governing body is Football Federation Australia whose membership is comprised of NSW, Northern NSW, Vic, Qld, WA, SA, ACT, Tas and NT. Each of these governing bodies has a commitment to comply with the FFA constitution, applicable statutes, by-laws and regulations and is responsible for the game within their respective geographic regions.
