Coaches:

Jay Alcock – Jay grew up in Killarney Heights and began playing soccer with the club (FKFC) from the age of ten right through till he was about 25 before switching to Belrose Premier League until hanging up the boots at 34. He enjoyed many successful years winning the under 16s and under 18s titles before tying equal first in our first year of AL 1’s. Jay’s goal keeping experience saw him quite heavily involved in junior to early senior days being mentored by an ex Sydney United and Sydney Olympic Keeper Brett Hughes. Ultimately he enjoys seeing the boys and girls grow and develop their game and form long lasting friendships and memories. Jay looks forward to passing on some of what he has learnt as a player to help the young local talent improve their skills.

Lachie Kerr – Lachie is a young man with a passion for football. He started his footballing career at Forest Killarney when he was playing in the under 6’s. Early on in his career he developed a love for goalkeeping and has played all his career in goal. He has played in the local MWFA completion for Forest Killarney and St Augustine’s.  He spent 3 years as a goalkeeper in the rep arena at Northbridge FC playing in the Super Youth League where he was also captain. He has now become one of the youngest ever goalkeepers playing in the MWFA Premier league. He has played overseas against many junior representative teams  in Spain (Real Madrid juniors) and the U.K. playing junior teams at Liverpool FC and Chelsea FC. He was picked as the Under 18 goalkeeper in the local competition  ‘select X1’ team  2016. Lachie is always willing to pass on knowledge and help where possible in developing the goalkeeping youth of the community.
