Speed for Sport-Thursday afternoons

Forest Killarney are delighted to be able to offer FKFC members a fantastic opportunity learn the correct running techniques from Clayton Kearney (former World and Australian Sprint Champion)


Learn the correct techniques to increase your speed for sport. Increase reactional speeds off the mark and lateral movements as well as your fitness and strengths needed for your sport.

Work on postural stability and functional movements which are vital to staying injury free especially in growth times.

Join: Clayton Kearney, former World and Australian Sprint Champion and Athletic Performance Coach, with 20 years experience at the top level.

Regardless of your ability, you will improve your core skills.

When: every Thursday at 4.30pm 
Where: Melwood Oval, Melwood Avenue, Forestville
Cost: $15 per session (max group of 8)
