Please Note

As the season has now started, most age groups are full and are now CLOSED. We do still need the following:

• U18 boys
• O35 Men and
• O45 Men.

If you do register for a different age group then it is on the understanding that your registration is provisional and you might not get a place on a team.

Secondly, it takes at least a week to process a registration through the MWFA and FFA (and that's if all the paperwork is in place) please don't assume that if you register today you'll be able to play this weekend. Thank you.

Please note that:

• Photographs must be like passport photos - i.e they must be in colour, must show the player's face and shoulders, must be clear and recognisable, and the photograph must be current. No glasses or hats.
• POA (Proof-of-Age) can be a scanned copy of a birth certificate or a passport or a current drivers licence.
• All electronically submitted documentation must be clear and legible.
• Please send any scanned documents or photos as .JPG files

Players new to FKFC and the MWFA

This applies to all players who did not play for a MWFA registered club last season (even if you played prior to that).

Returning FKFC players and MWFA registered players

This applies to all players who played for FKFC or any other MWFA registered club last year.

Coaches Managers and other team officials

All coaches managers and officials need to complete the Code of conduct and Working weith Children forms. Additionally for all teams U9 and older, officials will be issued with a photo ID card.

• Family Discount - 4th player free
  For families of 4 or more registering players, the 4th player can be registered for free. This must be applied to the player with the lowest registration fee. To apply this discount register the player but do not add the respective fee to the cart in the payment section.
  
  
• Coaching Discount - 30%
  This only applies if the registering player coached a junior or sub-junior FKFC team in 2008 (and only applies to registering players who are U16's and above). All eligible players will receive an e-mail from their respective age group coordinator before the start of the season. If you believe you qualify and you have not been notified, then you should contact your coordinator,
  To apply this discount select the "Coaching Discount" option within the selected fee.
  
  
• Student Waiver
  This applies to U16's and over only if they are full time students. You will need to provide proof of FULL TIME student status with the registration.
  To apply this discount select the "Student Waiver option within the selected fee.
  
  

• Girls who want to register for mixed teams AND girls teams will need to register twice. First register for the mixed team and then for the girls team. There is an additional registration fee which you will need to pay as follows:-
  • U10                       - $45
  • U11 to U14             - $55
  • U16                       - $60
  • U18                       - $75
• Please note: this is an MWFA fee. The club does not charge for dual registrations

• Merchandise (socks, shorts, balls etc) will be available at the clubhouse on registration day or during the season at the merchandise kiosk
• Remember - if you prefer - you can register in person during our registration weekend. 30th and 31st Jan at the clubhouse on Melwood Avenue. Make sure you bring a proof of age and student ID if applicable.
